Additional Information : There were some confusion on the requirement for the exchange. As some didn't bring along the form from newspaper cutting. While there's also some arguing they are allowed to exchange with none body lotion product.... The queue was there where I was the 30th++ who registered for the exchange (which was around 10.45am). Luckily enough, I got mine exchanged, happy :-) even though it is a bit out of control on where the queue was ….
